Wellness Wednesday

Well, I've got to admit, I have fallen off the challenge.  No worries, though, because I am right back on!

Wednesday was a long day, which is why I am posting this morning.  For breakfast, I had a green smoothie of yogurt, strawberries, protein powder, and spinach.  I sipped that while on my way to Carthage for graduation gear up.  I spent the day up there with my friends and got to catch up; it was exactly what I needed!
