Hey guys! Before I dive into this recipe, I just want to thank you all for sharing my blog and taking a look at my posts! Within the last few weeks, I have had more page views than ever. You don't even understand how excited that makes me!!!! Now on to probably the easiest recipe ever...here's what you'll need (many of the ingredients are optional or can be substituted):
- 2 large cucumbers
- 1/2 small onion (optional)
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
- 1 T coconut vinegar or aminos
- 1 T mixed spices
- Note: the last 4 ingredients are optional if you are cutting those foods out of your lifestyle, making this salad even more easy!
